Why is there a commission fee?
When your item sells, you will receive 80% of the sale value for standard listings, and 70% for premium listings (85% if you are a bridal salon). Here's what we've got for you in return:
NN handles the financial transaction
Sellers let us know that they didn’t like working with PayPal and that they wanted to be better protected during their transactions, so we’ve decided to take care of this ourselves. NN now handles payment for sales with built-in Fraud Analysis, including absorbing the credit card processing fees, to help ensure a smooth transaction. Buyers were previously able to open disputes through PayPal about their purchase for up to 180 days - we only allow buyers up to 72 hours after receiving their purchase to let us know if there is a concern.
Simplified prepaid and insured* shipping
Buy a box (or use on from home), print the prepaid UPS label we provide you, and drop the dress off for shipping. We monitor all shipments and coordinate with UPS if there is an issue. In the rare event that your item is lost or damaged during transit, NN takes on the coordination with UPS and our insurance provider to ensure your item is found and shipped to its final destination, or you are paid as if your item was kept by the buyer.
Sales Coordination
Using our experience since 2004 in selling bridal wear online, we have curated detailed instructions and guidance for both buyers and sellers. We noticed that when previous complications arose with purchases, it was often due to a lack of knowledge on how to safely buy and sell online. We now walk both buyers and sellers through each step of the process when an item is sold. This ensures both parties know exactly what to do and how to protect themselves.

Our new listing format now allows you to select keywords and multiple style options that will feed into our advanced search engine. Once you update your listings and select these new options, your dresses will be found by more brides.
