Cancellations for Sellers

We understand that sometimes a seller may need to cancel their order - this can happen if the item is in a different condition than it was listed or if the item is no longer available. 

Please click the "Not Available" option in the order confirmation email that was received or contact us if anything has changed and you are unable to ship the item.
