International Orders

Final Sale

All international purchases are final sales. Buyers must perform their due diligence to confirm authenticity, condition, sizing, color, and alterations with the seller before making their purchase.

Refunds will not be given for:

  • Buyer's remorse
  • Sizing, style, or color issues
  • Authenticity

Contact our team immediately if the item you receive is grossly misrepresented (not what was listed or shown in your conversation) so that we may investigate.

Shipping

International buyers are responsible for shipping costs (added upon checkout). They are also responsible for the import duties and taxes imposed by their country, and the UPS brokerage fee, which are due when their dress arrives.

Shipments refused by a buyer due to the duties and taxes owed will have the shipping costs taken out of their refund for their purchase after the item is successfully shipped back to the seller.
We strongly recommend researching the import costs for your country before submitting your order.

Using a Third-Party Freight Forwarding Company

If you choose to have your item shipped from the NN seller to a third-party courier/freight forwarding company, you acknowledge the following:

  1. A signature is required, the third-party forwarder will need to sign to receive your shipment.
  2. NN's insurance only covers your shipment until it arrives at the third-party forwarder.
  3. NN's 3-day window that allows buyers to flag any issues with their order starts when the shipment created by NN is delivered. Because your shipment will be delivered to the third-party forwarder, your window will close before you receive it.

NN is unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Importing Into the USA

As of August 29, 2025, the United States eliminated the de minimis exemption that previously allowed shipments valued under $800 to enter duty-free. This means all dresses shipped from outside the US are now subject to duties and fees, no matter the value.

Most wedding dresses are made of polyester or other synthetic fabrics, which fall under a 16% U.S. duty rate. For example, a $1,000 dress would have about $160 in duties, plus UPS brokerage fees, and possibly state sales tax depending on your location. UPS will contact you directly for the payment required before delivery.

Importing Into Mexico

Starting January 1, 2025, buyers located in Mexico purchasing a dress from outside their country will be required to provide an Importer/Consignee Tax ID.

If you do not have a Tax ID, then a Personal ID (or in the case of foreigners, the Foreign Tax ID or Personal ID) must be provided to our support team.

Accepted forms of ID for importing into Mexico as an individual:

  • Mexican Tax ID (RFC)
  • Driver’s license or INE (national ID card)
  • Passport
