We Built A Safe Messaging Portal for Communications

Buyers will contact you using the PreOwned Wedding Dresses message portal. You will be notified by email each time you receive a new message, so make sure your email address is up to date as well as your notification settings in your PreOwned Dashboard. 

Access the messaging portal 

• To access your messages sign in to your PreOwned Wedding Dresses account. 
• Click Messages in the upper right corner. 

Updating email address

• To update your email address sign in to your PreOwned Wedding Dresses account. 
• Click on your name in the upper right corner for a drop-down menu.
• Click Account Settings. 
• Update your email under the Account Details heading.
